Join us for a transformative 50-hour journey into the timeless practice of meditation. Guided by Rob Mendez of Yoga on State and Gabrielle Kali Om —both dedicated students of Sri Dharma Mittra—this course offers a deep exploration of yogic meditation techniques designed to cultivate clarity, steadiness, and inner peace.
Through a balance of theory, guided practice, and self-reflection, participants will learn to quiet the mind, refine awareness, and access deeper states of stillness and insight. Whether you are a yoga teacher, dedicated practitioner, or simply drawn to the meditative path, this training offers a grounded and heart-centered foundation for personal growth and teaching.

Cultivating concentration (dharana) and meditation (dhyana)

Understanding prana, mind, and subtle awareness

The practice of Mauna (silence) as a tool for inner clarity

Upon completion, participants will receive a 50-hour certificate of continuing education through Yoga Alliance and a renewed sense of inner balance and presence.

1pm: Light Juice/Fruits
1:30pm: Free Time/Journaling/Mindful Walking
3pm: Yoga Nidra
4pm: Stretching, Pranayama & Meditation
6pm: Dinner
7pm: Evening Satsang & Meditation
The retreat will begin with an opening circle and introductions at 3pm on Wednesday April 22nd. And conclude with a closing circle, practice, and brunch at 11am on Sunday April 26th. Please plan your travels accordingly.
