February 12-16 2026
Nourish body, mind and spirit and tap into your inner guidance at our Presidents' Day Weekend Retreat.
Practice yoga two-to-three times a day surrounded by the breathtaking Southern California landscape. Between sessions, hike the adjacent Santa Rosa Plateau and Ecological Reserve, make new friends, rest, and enjoy organic, locally-sourced gourmet vegetarian cuisine. We'll tap into the quiet, still voice within via asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), chanting (mantra), Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and Psychic Development (active meditation) in the tradition of Dharma Mittra. You'll also learn to weave yoga's universal and inclusive spiritual underpinnings into daily life, to experience the inner peace that is your birthright. Led by Kali Om, yoga instructor since 1998 and author of the 2018 book Beyond the Mat: Don't Just Do Yoga - Live It.

Sohum -A journey into the I AM,
An intimate spiritual retreat
February 26th 2026 to March 1st 2026
Sohum — meaning “I AM” in Sanskrit — is a transformational journey back home to yourself. Across 3 nights and 4 days, you will be immersed in meditation, energy healing, sound, yoga, nature connection, and sacred ceremony, each guiding you gently into the wholeness of your being.
The retreat culminates on February 28, 2026, beneath a rare planetary alignment of six planets — Mercury, Venus, Neptune, Saturn, Uranus, and Jupiter. Known as a planetary parade, this cosmic phenomenon occurs only once in decades. It opens a powerful energetic portal where collective and personal energies harmonize, amplifying your intention, release, and awakening. This alignment becomes the peak of Sohum — a gateway to embody the infinite truth of the I AM.
Held at the serene Ojas Retreat Center in Murietta, California, with sweeping views of Big Bear and Mount San Jacinto, Sohum offers an intimate, premium retreat experience for just 15 participants. Here, luxury and stillness meet, creating the perfect container for depth, rest, and awakening.

A Retreat for Reclaiming Rhythm & Radiance
A soulful spring reset through yoga, rest, & collective care.
March 26-29, 2026
Iris and Poppy Travel Studio and Aetheria Movement invites you to a rejuvenating 4-day, 3-night retreat. Immerse yourself in daily yoga sessions, savor exquisite local wines and delicious cuisine, and find space for healing, connection, and community among like-minded souls. Our goal is to offer a heart-centered space for people to pause, move, breathe, and re-align during a seasonal shift—grounding into their purpose, vitality, and community. This retreat is not about escape—it’s about intentional return. A return to self, to joy, and to the power of shared presence.
Why should you come?
Community-first: This isn’t just a solo yoga getaway—it’s a gathering of like-hearted humans who value joy, belonging, and authenticity.
Accessible + real: Andrea and Sarah lead with compassion and clarity—offering powerful, non-performative practices that meet people where they are, physically and emotionally.
Spring-aligned: It’s timed with the changing season—a potent threshold of renewal. This retreat invites people to plant intentional seeds for the season ahead, supported by the rhythms of nature.
Whole-person experience: From energizing flows to grounding meditation, from sweaty fun to soulful reflection, this retreat honors the full spectrum of being.
Culturally aware, emotionally attuned: Andrea and Sarah hold space with inclusivity, trauma-awareness, and joyful presence. This isn’t about aesthetic yoga—it’s about awakening from within.
