Connect to Your Heart
January 30 - February 3, 2025

Led by Kacy Harnedy: I have been leading retreats for over nine years now all over the world. I created this retreat for women to come together, share, unlearn what we've been conditioned to know as ours, peel back the layers and nourish our selves. Not just our bodies through asana but through breath, through awareness practices, through contemplation, through healthy meals and sisterhood. The new year can be hard so this is certainly not a “New year, new you” retreat. You already ARE amazing and don’t need to change but you certainly do deserve to feel grounded and taken care of..
