Somagetic Practitioner Training
March 27 - April 4, 2023

A practitioner retreat is a carefully designed training that focuses on ‘body-frequency reading’ through deep presence, awareness and observational practices. Heart-centred at its core, it is a fluid, intuitively led training designed to support participants in mastering the art of space holding.  Together we will explore what it means to safely guide others into the depths of somatic, energetic and emotional release using breathwork, de-armouring, ecstatic experiences as well as sound and movement.

Whether you're already a practitioner or just starting out, this training is for those who are committed to supporting the health and raising the consciousness of the collective. All beings welcome: women, men, non-binary, LGBTQ+, singles or partners. Led by Nathan Marcuzzi of Somagetic

Spring Renewal Retreat
April 19- April 22, 2023

Enjoy twice daily yoga practices with Gabrielle and Beth, where you will learn and expand your healing repertoire with such modalities as yoga nidra, kirtan, meditation and breathwork. The morning session will be more movement-based, where you’ll have the opportunity to re-energize and heat up your body. The afternoon session will allow for more restoration and introspection.  In between your yoga sessions, you’ll dine on delicious vegetarian meals and have the opportunity to rest or move at your leisure. In fact, the retreat center is located next to the Santa Rosa Ecological Reserve, which is home to nearly 40 miles of hiking and biking trails. The property has ample space for you to connect while lounging near the pool, soaking in the hot tub, or enjoying some downtime by the outdoor firepit. On-site massage therapy is also available for an additional fee.  Retreat led by Gabrielle Om (Owner of Ojas Retreat) & Beth Snow Mac.

Experience the best healing practices to reboot your energy, replenish your mind, and reconnect you to your soul.  Whether you’re a seasoned traveler on your healing journey or you are just getting started, our Conscious Journey Retreat is designed for you.

Our time together will include daily yoga classes, meditation and breathwork sessions, sound healing, mindfulness walks in the natural surroundings of the property, individual body work sessions, healing touch, tribal drumming, art expression, delicious meals, ample time to decompress and re-energize!

Meditation

VETOGA Yoga Teacher Training
May 25- May 30, 2023

 

This hybrid online and residential teacher training will equip veterans with the holistic tools and teachings to pass on the healing benefits of yoga to their veteran communities. Through this work we enable and encourage veterans to create harmony peace for themselves as well as others, allowing them to continue their service in a more peaceful way.

This training is for active military, veterans, and first responders who have a desire to empower themselves and others with wellness tools using yoga practices. 

VEOGA is a non-profit organization founded by former Marine, Justin Blazejewski. The training is led by Justin and Gabrielle Kali Om (VETOGA facilitator & owner of Ojas Retreat)

Insight Yoga Therapy Trauma Informed Retreat.
June 23-25, 2023

VETOGA Retreat: For Service Members & Veterans

VETOGA Retreats offers the opportunity for active military and veterans to learn and practice healing techniques for processing trauma, assimilating into society outside the military, and developing the skills necessary for emotional and mental wellbeing. Vitality Retreat
September 7 - 10, 2023

 

Reclaim your vitality during this thoughtfully designed 4 day, 3 night retreat guided by two experienced yoga teachers.  We’ll start each morning with a vinyasa yoga practice to awaken the body, mind & spirit and we’ll close each day with a restorative/yin practice.  Nourishing, delicious meals will feed your stomach.  In between yoga practices, you’ll have the opportunity to spend your time however your soul is calling to you – whether that’s hiking one of the trails right outside your door, taking a nap by the pool, journaling by the fireplace, or a little of all of those things.  You’ll leave the retreat feeling reconnected and revitalized. Women's Retreat

All self identified women are welcome, whether you are new to yoga and meditation or have been practicing or teaching for years. Show up as your whole self. Bring your cultural heritage and all the pieces of your life with you onto your mat and meditation cushion. Practice time twice daily will include both yoga & meditation sessions as well as specialized workshops such as breathwork, yoga nidra, sound bath, women's circles, and more. You are invited to surrender into the present state of your heart and to nurture yourself with loving awareness through Yoga, Breathing practices and Meditations guided by Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation guided by Heather and within the safe container and presence of like-hearted women. Together, may we deepen our connection to the radiance and wisdom of  our hearts and nourish eachother in loving compassion as we share and explore together. The deepest intentions for this retreat is to be in relationship with our own hearts, in all facets, and in our own time begin to drop our defenses that guard ourselves from receiving and offering loving kindness, gratitude and support from and to others.  There will plenty be spaciousness within the retreat for journaling, resonance and rest.  This retreat will be an exploration of the practices of the heart as our most sacred teacher with your host, Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Heather Perry.
