A Devotional Exploration: Music, Mantra & Movement
January 19-22, 2023

 

Join Astrud & Arjun over the course of 4 days and 3 night as we will offer yoga, sunrise mantra meditation, kirtan, sound journeys, frame drum and harmonium workshop as well as time for hiking, swimming, relaxing and enjoying vegan and vegi meals. An excellent time to reconnect, recommit and nourish your practice as we enter the space of a new year.

Arjun Bruggeman

World percussionist, drummer, composer and session recording artist, is highly acclaimed for his unique hybrid of East-meets-West rhythms. He brings two decades of experience as a practitioner of Eastern and Western spiritual lineages to his playing, along with 16 years touring as a tabla player with Krishna Das.

Astrud Castillo has been teaching yoga and leading kirtan for over 20 years. She has taught workshops and shared kirtan  in the U.S and internationally and is known for her inclusive and accessible teachings. Her  yoga is infused with conscious breathing,  mindful alignment and devotion.

Bhakti Yoga Shala Yoga Teacher Training
200 Hour Residential Program With Govind Das

The BHAKTI YOGA SHALA International Yoga Teacher Training is a rich, heart opening, and soulful Teacher Training program for aspiring and current teachers and sincere yet playful students of yoga.

 

This unique and uplifting residential course will take place over a 12 day and 11 night period. This heart-based joyful program offers an opportunity for students to live a yogic lifestyle as well as deepen their own bhakti-based yoga practice, practice teaching yoga classes, lead chants, study philosophy and share the blessings of bhakti yoga and satsang in a very loving and supportive atmosphere.

This course will focus on the ancient tradition of Bhakti Yoga as well as Bhakti Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Mantra, and Kirtan. In honoring the ancient tradition and art of Bhakti, the path of love, devotion and service, this course will provide a strong foundation and clear techniques for the student of yoga to transform into a teacher of yoga. For those that are currently teaching yoga, this is an opportunity to root deeply in the philosophy and techniques of Bhakti.

Spring Renewal Retreat
April 19- April 22, 2023

Enjoy twice daily yoga practices with Gabrielle and Beth, where you will learn and expand your healing repertoire with such modalities as yoga nidra, kirtan, meditation and breathwork. The morning session will be more movement-based, where you’ll have the opportunity to re-energize and heat up your body. The afternoon session will allow for more restoration and introspection.  In between your yoga sessions, you’ll dine on delicious vegetarian meals and have the opportunity to rest or move at your leisure. In fact, the retreat center is located next to the Santa Rosa Ecological Reserve, which is home to nearly 40 miles of hiking and biking trails. The property has ample space for you to connect while lounging near the pool, soaking in the hot tub, or enjoying some downtime by the outdoor firepit. On-site massage therapy is also available for an additional fee.  Retreat led by Gabrielle Om (Owner of Ojas Retreat) & Beth Snow Mac.

Radiant Women Wellness Retreat

Posey honors your time and space, so we will have collective time together and plenty of personal time to process and go inward. VETOGA Yoga Teacher Training

This hybrid online and residential teacher training will equip veterans with the holistic tools and teachings to pass on the healing benefits of yoga to their veteran communities. Through this work we enable and encourage veterans to create harmony peace for themselves as well as others, allowing them to continue their service in a more peaceful way.

This training is for active military, veterans, and first responders who have a desire to empower themselves and others with wellness tools using yoga practices. 

VEOGA is a non-profit organization founded by former Marine, Justin Blazejewski. The training is led by Justin and Gabrielle Kali Om (VETOGA facilitator & owner of Ojas Retreat)

Insight Yoga Therapy Trauma Informed Retreat.
June 23-25, 2023
